all other products are shipped as you choose. tracking is not available without choosing an expedited shipping option. that's canada post for ya.

letter mail is no longer available for anything other than sticker and print-only orders.

returns are absolutely an option if you aren't happy with your purchase. please return all elements of your order in their original condition to receive a full refund. a replacement will be issued for damaged items!

b-grade info: b-grade pins are pins with slight imperfections and flaws. pin making isn't an exact science, and much of it is handmade. as a result, flaws happen. b-grade pins are available at a discount to reflect their imperfect nature. nice.

c-grade info: these pins have noticeable imperfections, but the posts are sturdy.

d-grade info: the posts wobble, but are suitable for wearing or displaying. there's noticeable flaws. they're cheap af for a reason.
